Health and safety

We take our Health & Safety responsibilities to our staff, clients and the general public very seriously. We produce site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all client sites; in addition all Strand Group employees receive full training upon commencement of employment and we review our H&S policies annually.

Our commitment to the environment

It is our policy to use environmentally friendly products in all of our processes whenever possible. All chemicals used in our cleaning processes are biodegradable and we avoid the use of CFCs, solvents and chlorinated products.

All securely shredded documentation we produce is exported to mills in the UK, where it is recycled and used to make toilet tissue and paper hand-towels, which we then purchase and supply to clients on the Island.
