Strand Group Expands Through Acquisition of Krypton Cleaning Services

After extremely positive discussions we are delighted to welcome Krypton Cleaning Services to the Strand Group. The acquisition will deliver immediate benefits to clients of both Companies.

Integrating Krypton Cleaning's knowledge with our own extensive experience and ISO accredited procedures will strengthen the domestic and office cleaning arm of our business. The acquisition also introduces Krypton's Feminine Hygiene Service to the group, which will be a new offering for existing Strand clients.

As a licensed operator with SITA Isle of Man, Krypton Cleaning's Feminine Hygiene Service provides the safe disposal of sanitary waste for businesses and they are recognised as one of the Island's leading operators in this field. This is a hugely important addition to our service range and helps establish Strand Group as a one-stop shop for businesses on-Island.

Existing customers of Krypton Cleaning will continue to receive the high level of service and quality they have come to expect with the additional comfort of now being backed by one of the Island's largest privately owned companies. They will now have access to the broad range of services offered by the Strand Group including facilities management, secure document storage, secure document disposal and scanning.
